The Claim Specialist (Region) is responsible for deploying, ensuring and maintaining the application of the claim process in the region to ensure a maximum return from claims.

The role works closely with Service Operation, Material Management, Sourcing and Finance/ Accounting end-to-end claim management. The Claim Specialist drives the claim process in the region and plays a critical role in the profitability of the region.

Roles Responsibilities:

• ​Support the development and maintenance of the warranty administration system, focusing on internal coordination and data accuracy.

• ​Assist in preparing claim documentation and participate in negotiations with vendors under supervision.

• ​Contribute to settlement discussions for labor and material costs, primarily for straightforward cases or under guidance.

• ​Execute agreements with third parties and close claim tickets, with oversight from senior team members.

• ​Help update claim KPIs and participate in regional improvement and training activities.

• ​Coordinate warranty actions with internal departments, ensuring alignment and learning from cross-functional collaboration.

> Degree in engineering or law preferred.
> Advanced English or Spanish.
