Site Coordinator

Wind power generation facility located in João Camara, Rio Grande do Norte.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Site Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the Wind farm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.
• Coordinate all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Coordinate resources availability with aplicable areas.
• Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
• Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
• Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
• Perform quality inspection activities on the plant’s generator fleet and auxiliary equipments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Language proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and hold a valid CFT’s License.
• Minimum of four 3 years of WTG O&M field management experience
• Strong knowledge in WTG O&M contract management.
• Hold a National Driver’s License – CNH B
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Hold an engineering degree.
• Hold a MBA degree in project management or related field.
